Central Arizona Chapter of Enrolled Agents

Behavior Policy

The Central Arizona Chapter of Enrolled Agents has adopted the following policy:

The vision of the Central Arizona Chapter of Enrolled Agents (CACEA) is to serve its members, and to promote the Enrolled Agent as the tax professional of choice.  A key element of the CACEA mission is to enhance the technical development and professional reputation of Enrolled Agents in Arizona.  One way we promote professionalism is by providing CPE sessions on a regular basis.

CACEA is committed to a high standard of professionalism, and expects its members to display /exhibit professional conduct.  The Chapter leadership recognizes that unprofessional conduct on the part of any attendees at seminars and chapter meetings adversely affects the quality of the professional training that we are providing, as well as respect for the Enrolled Agents profession.

Attendees who exhibit unprofessional conduct (including but not limited to: aggressive confrontations and/or disrespectful behavior towards guest speakers, non-relevant questions or comments, repetitive questions, ethnic, religious, gender, or racial slurs, harassment of speakers or other attendees, or other forms of rude behavior) will be asked to leave the event without refund.  If a member exhibits a pattern of unprofessional behavior that adversely affects the mission of the CACEA, the CACEA Board of Directors will take whatever action it deems appropriate.
